1. SUBJECT MATTER This Document constitutes the general terms and conditions, or terms of use, of belgiumbeershop.com and the belgiumbeershop.com mobile application. It governs the rules for using belgiumbeershop.com and the belgiumbeershop.com mobile application, including the conclusion of a sales contract with the Seller.

3. DEFINITIONS 3.1. Buyer – a natural person aged 18 or over, a legal entity, or another legal formation that creates an account on the Platform, places an order, and concludes a distance sales contract.
3.2. Seller – Grand Stil 94 EOOD
, hereinafter referred to for short as Grand Stil 94 EOOD
3.3. Website – the online store hosted at belgiumbeershop.com and its subdomains
3.4. Platform – the Website or the belgiumbeershop.com mobile application.
3.5. Customer – any natural person aged 18 or over, or legal entity, that accesses the Content through the means of communication provided by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
(electronically, by telephone, etc.) or under an existing usage agreement with Grand Stil 94 EOOD
and that has requested the creation and use of an Account.
3.6. User – any natural person aged 16 or over, or legal entity, that has registered on the Platform and, by completing the Account-creation process, has consented to certain clauses in the Platform’s Terms and Conditions section.
3.7. Account – a section of the Platform created through an email address and password, which enables the Buyer to submit an Order and contains information concerning the Buyer/User and a history of certain actions performed on the Platform (Orders, invoices, etc.). The User is responsible for ensuring that all information entered in the Account is accurate, complete, and current.
3.8. Favourite Products – a section of the Account that enables the Buyer/User to create their own lists of Goods and Services that they wish to follow in connection with potential purchases, by using the service offered by the Seller to track Goods and Services through the receipt of Commercial Communications from the Seller.
3.9. List – a section within “Favourite Products” in which the Buyer/User may add products in which they are interested.
3.10. Cart – a section of the Account that enables the Buyer/User to add Goods or Services they wish to purchase at the time of adding them or at a later stage. If the Goods and Services are not purchased by placing an Order at the time they are added, the Buyer/User will use the Seller’s service for tracking Goods and Services by receiving Commercial Communications from the Seller.
3.11. Order – an electronic document constituting a form of communication between Grand Stil 94 EOOD
and the Customer, through which the Customer declares to Grand Stil 94 EOOD
, via the Platform, their intention to purchase Goods from the Platform.
3.12. Good(s) / Service(s) – any product or service available on the Platform, including products and services mentioned in the Order, which are provided by the Seller as a result of a concluded Contract.
3.13. Campaign – any advertising communication intended to promote the Platform, the Grand Stil 94 EOOD brand, or particular Goods or Services offered in limited quantities, unless the commercial communication expressly states otherwise, for a period specified by the Seller.
3.14. Contract – the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods via the Platform, of which these general terms and conditions for use of the Platform form an integral part.
3.15. Content
• all information on the Platform accessible through an Internet connection and the use of an Internet-connected device;
• the content of every message from the Buyer to the Seller sent by electronic means and/or any other available means of communication;
• any information provided in any manner by an employee/representative of Grand Stil 94 EOOD
to the Customer by electronic means or other means of remote transmission;
• information relating to Goods and/or the tariffs applied by the Seller during a specified period;
• information concerning Customers and relating to Goods and/or tariffs applied by third parties with which the Seller has entered into partnership agreements in any form;
• data concerning the Seller.
3.16. Commercial Communications – any type of communication sent through electronic communication channels (such as email, Grand Stil 94 EOOD
, push notifications on a mobile device/web push, etc.) containing general or thematic information; information about products similar to or suitable for those purchased; information about offers or promotions; information about Goods and Services added in “Account/My Cart” or “Account/Favourites”; as well as other commercial communications, such as market and consumer surveys.
3.17. Transaction – an action by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
to refund an amount paid by the Buyer as a result of the rescission, termination, withdrawal from, or non-conclusion of a sales contract through the Platform, carried out solely by bank transfer.
3.18. Specifications – all characteristics and/or descriptions of the Goods, as stated in their description.
3.20. “Quick Order” – a payment service provided by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
for mobile devices with Android and iOS operating systems and for the belgiumbeershop.com website, accessible via a mobile or desktop computer device. It is a payment system integrated into the belgiumbeershop.com mobile application and website and available to Buyers, through which they may make online payments by debit or credit card. The service may be activated through the belgiumbeershop.com mobile application or website.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The terms and conditions of Grand Stil 94 EOOD
are binding on all Customers/Buyers/Users of the Platform.
4.2. Any use of the Platform means that you: (a) have carefully read its terms and conditions of use; and (b) have agreed to comply with them unconditionally.
4.3. Grand Stil 94 EOOD
reserves the right to update and amend the Platform’s Terms and Conditions periodically, in order to reflect changes in the way the website operates and its terms, or changes in legal requirements. The Document may be relied upon against Customers/Users/Buyers from the moment it is published on the Platform. In the event of such a change, we will publish the amended version of the Document on the Platform; therefore, please check the contents of this Document periodically. Each transaction through the Platform is governed by the terms and conditions in force at the time the distance contract between the Buyer and Seller is concluded.
4.4. If any provision of these terms and conditions for use of the Platform proves to be invalid or unenforceable, irrespective of the reason, this shall not result in the invalidity or unenforceability of the remaining provisions.
4.5. Grand Stil 94 EOOD
makes serious efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information presented on the Platform. Nevertheless, given possible technical errors or omissions in that information, Grand Stil 94 EOOD
clarifies that product images are illustrative and indicative in nature; accordingly, the delivered products may differ from the images.
4.6. Due to limited space and the sequential structure of the information, product descriptions may sometimes be incomplete. Nevertheless, Grand Stil 94 EOOD
endeavours to provide the most appropriate and important information.
4.7. All Goods, including those on promotion/reduction, are sold and delivered while stocks last, even where this is not expressly stated on the Platform.
4.8. The Platform may contain links to other websites. Grand Stil 94 EOOD
is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites it does not administer, nor for any other information contained on them.
5. CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT
5.1. The Customer expresses their wish to order and purchase a Good through the Platform by placing an Order electronically or by telephone, which is then registered by the Customer themselves or by an employee of Grand Stil 94 EOOD
on their behalf.
5.2. Grand Stil 94 EOOD
will send the Customer a notification that the Order has been registered in its system. This notification does not constitute acceptance, confirmation, or an undertaking to fulfil the Order. Grand Stil 94 EOOD
will issue the notification electronically (by email) or by telephone.
5.3. Therefore, the Seller has the right not to deliver some or all Products in an Order for various objective reasons, including but not limited to depletion of stock. In all cases, Grand Stil 94 EOOD
will notify the Customer by email or telephone. In such a situation, the Seller’s sole liability is to refund any price of the Product received in advance.
5.4. The distance sales contract between the Seller and Buyer is deemed concluded when the Buyer receives, at their email address and/or through Grand Stil 94 EOOD
sent to their telephone, a notification that the Product in the Order is ready for dispatch.
5.5. The sales contract concluded between the Buyer and Seller consists of these general terms and conditions and any additional arrangements between them.
6. ONLINE SALES POLICY
6.1. Access to the Platform for the purpose of registering an Order is permitted to every User.
6.2. Grand Stil 94 EOOD
reserves the right, at its discretion, to restrict any User’s/Buyer’s access to placing an Order and/or to any available payment method if it considers that this could be detrimental to Grand Stil 94 EOOD
in any way. In such a case, the Customer’s sole right is to contact Grand Stil 94 EOOD
at the stated email address or telephone number in order to be informed of the reasons that led to the measures described above. Grand Stil 94 EOOD
shall not be liable for any damage that the Customer has suffered or may suffer as a consequence of this decision, regardless of whether it is correct or well-founded.
6.3. Communication with the Seller may take place through direct contact with it or by the contact methods stated in the “CONTACTS” section of the Platform.
6.4. In the event of unusually high Internet traffic, Grand Stil 94 EOOD
reserves the right to require Customers to enter CAPTCHA validation codes manually in order to protect the information published on the Platform.
6.5. Grand Stil 94 EOOD
may publish advertising or promotional information on the Platform regarding Goods and/or Services and the promotions it offers, for a specified period of time.
6.6. All prices of Goods on the Platform are final, stated in euro (EUR), and include VAT and all other taxes or charges required by law.
6.7. In the case of online payments or bank-transfer payments, the Seller bears no liability for costs relating to fees, commissions, or other additional payments incurred by the Buyer or the Buyer’s bank in connection with the transaction itself, including in cases of currency conversion applied by the bank that issued the Customer’s card where the currency differs from EUR. Card payments to Grand Stil 94 EOOD
are treated by banks in Bulgaria as international payments and, under their rules for cards and card payments in such transactions, some banks charge additional fees. The costs associated with such payments shall be borne solely by the Buyer. Grand Stil 94 EOOD
therefore recommends that its Customers consult their bank regarding possible additional fees that may be charged for online or bank payments.
6.8. All images placed on the Platform are intended solely to give an idea of the type of Product offered and not to present it precisely. Accordingly, some images of Products on the Platform (static/dynamic images/multimedia presentations/etc.) may not correspond to the appearance of the respective Product. The Seller shall not be liable for such discrepancies.
7. USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS
The Seller is entitled to use subcontractors to perform its obligations under the distance sales contract concluded through the Platform without having to notify the Buyer or obtain the Buyer’s consent. The Seller shall be liable for the actions of such subcontractors as for its own actions.
8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1. The Content, as defined in the “Definitions” chapter, including but not limited to logos, any graphic images or inscriptions, trade symbols, dynamic symbols, texts, and/or multimedia content of the Platform, is the exclusive property of Grand Stil 94 EOOD
.
8.2. Grand Stil 94 EOOD
owns and retains all intellectual-property rights connected in any way with the Platform, whether owned by it or obtained through contractual licences or any other lawful means.
8.3. Nothing in the distance contract concluded between Grand Stil 94 EOOD
and the Buyer shall be deemed permission from Grand Stil 94 EOOD
for the latter to copy, distribute, publish, provide to third parties, or modify in any way any part of the Content, including but not limited to the content of trade marks, logos, multimedia content of the Platform, or Product descriptions; including by introducing any content external to the Platform or removing signs indicating Grand Stil 94 EOOD
’s ownership rights in the Content. The Customer also has no right to transfer, sell, or distribute materials created by reproducing (copying), modifying, or publishing the Content, except with the express consent of Grand Stil 94 EOOD
.
8.4. The Customer may copy, transfer, and/or use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, and only where this does not conflict with the provisions of this chapter of the Document.
8.5. The Customer may use the Content for commercial purposes only if they have received the written consent of Grand Stil 94 EOOD
for this, and only as to the part of the Content, the method and extent of use, and the time limits for which that consent has been expressly granted. Any subsequent or different use of the Content shall be deemed a breach of this contract between Grand Stil 94 EOOD
and the Customer and an infringement of Grand Stil 94 EOOD
’s intellectual-property rights. Grand Stil 94 EOOD is entitled to seek the Customer’s liability for this.
8.6. The mere transmission to the Customer of, or reference to, the Content or parts of it by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
shall not be deemed consent by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
to permit the Customer to use the Content or parts of it for purposes other than their personal needs, irrespective of the means of communication used by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
.
8.7. Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted in these terms and conditions or in another express written consent given by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
is prohibited.
9. ORDER 9.1. The Customer may place Orders on the Platform by adding the desired Products for purchase and following the steps indicated on the Platform to complete and submit the relevant Order.
9.2. Any Good added to the Cart may be purchased if it is available. Adding a Good to the shopping Cart without completing the Order does not result in the Order being registered or the Good being automatically reserved.
9.3. By confirming the Order, Grand Stil 94 EOOD
confirms delivery of only one unit of the relevant Good in the registered Order. The remaining units of the relevant Product model will be additionally confirmed or refused depending on available quantities.
9.4. The Customer undertakes and is responsible for ensuring that all data provided to Grand Stil 94 EOOD
in connection with the Order is correct, complete, and accurate as at the date the Order is sent. The Customer authorises Grand Stil 94 EOOD
to provide this data to the relevant subcontractor through which Grand Stil 94 EOOD
will fulfil the Order.
9.5. By submitting the Order, the Customer/Buyer authorises Grand Stil 94 EOOD
to contact them by any available means where necessary in connection with the Order placed or the Contract concluded.
9.6. The Seller is entitled to refuse to fulfil (cancel) an Order placed by the Customer and shall notify the Customer accordingly. Cancelling the Order shall not give rise to any liability or subsequent obligation of either party to the other in connection with it; accordingly, neither party shall be entitled to seek compensation from the other for its cancellation in the following cases:
• the Customer’s issuing bank does not accept the transaction in the case of online payment;
• the monetary transaction is completed but does not result in funds being credited to the Seller’s account in the case of online payments;
• the data provided by the Customer on the Platform is incomplete and/or incorrect;
• the Seller has made three unsuccessful attempts to deliver the Product ordered by the Customer.
9.7. The Buyer shall bear all direct costs of returning Products offered by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
if the Buyer withdraws from the distance Contract and declares this within the withdrawal period provided by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
. This period starts on the date the purchased Product is received by the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier. The Customer must return the Good to the address from which it was sent or to an address specified by the Seller, while notifying the Seller at [email protected] and at the telephone number stated on the Website. The Buyer may also return the Product(s) by completing the electronic form of Grand Stil 94 EOOD
located in the “My Profile” section. In that case, a courier sent by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
will collect the Goods from the address specified by the Buyer, or they will be sent from the office of the courier company specified by the Seller. The Buyer owes a charge for this service equal to the price of the courier service. One such return form may contain Goods from only one Order. The return charge will be deducted from the amount that Grand Stil 94 EOOD
refunds to the Customer for the returned Good.
9.8. The Seller undertakes to refund the price paid under the distance Contract from which the Buyer has withdrawn within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which proof is received from the Buyer that the Buyer has returned the relevant Good. The amount will be refunded, without resulting in any additional cost to the Buyer, using the same payment method used by the Buyer for the initial transaction, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed to use another payment method.
9.9. All Buyers have the right to withdraw from the concluded distance Contract and return Goods offered by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
, provided that, where more than one item of a particular brand and model has been ordered, the packaging of only one product has been opened and the others are returned to the Seller sealed.
9.10. Upon creating an Account, the Customer may use a section called “Favourite Products”, in which they may create Lists.
10. GOODS/SERVICES FOR WHICH THE BUYER HAS NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has no right to withdraw from the concluded Contract in the following cases:
• delivery of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that cannot be controlled by the Seller and that may occur during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal;
• delivery of Products made to the Buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
• delivery of Products that, due to their nature, may deteriorate in quality or have a short shelf life;
• delivery of sealed Products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (swimwear, underwear, etc.);
• delivery of Products which, after delivery and due to their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other goods; or
• all other cases provided for by law.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
11.1. The Customer/User agrees that, by providing any personal or other data to Grand Stil 94 EOOD
, they agree that it may be used by the latter for the following purposes:
(1) maintaining the Customer’s/User’s account, including registering Orders, sending ordered products, providing ordered services, invoicing, resolving disputes with Customers/Users/Buyers concerning their Orders, or considering their requests;
(2) sending Commercial Communications or periodic notifications by email or through Grand Stil 94 EOOD
;
(3) conducting market research and tracking and monitoring sales and customer/user behaviour.
11.2. The Customer/User/Buyer agrees to grant Grand Stil 94 EOOD
unrestricted access, without limitation as to scope or time, to any materials and information sent to the Seller through or in connection with the Platform, regardless of whether the Customer has placed an Order and completed a transaction through the Platform. Grand Stil 94 EOOD
has the right to use, reproduce, publish, modify, transmit, and distribute such information or materials. The Customer expressly agrees that Grand Stil 94 EOOD
may freely use and process for its own purposes the ideas, concepts, or know-how that the Customer has provided in any manner through or in connection with the Platform, or the acts/omissions the Customer has undertaken through or in connection with the Platform. Grand Stil 94 EOOD
is under no obligation to keep the information thus obtained confidential unless required to do so by applicable legislation.
11.3. By providing data to Grand Stil 94 EOOD
(including email address and telephone number), the Customer/User/Buyer gives express consent to be contacted by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
or third parties that are partners of FD, including couriers, marketing-service providers, state, municipal, or non-governmental agencies, or companies in the insurance or financial-services sector, where this is provided for by specific legislation, as well as other companies with which Grand Stil 94 EOOD
may develop joint programmes for offering Goods on the market, etc.
11.4. By providing personal data to Grand Stil 94 EOOD
the Customer/User/Buyer gives express consent for the data to be included in a database of Grand Stil 94 EOOD
, registered in accordance with Bulgarian legislation on personal-data processing, and gives express and unambiguous consent for that data to be stored, used, and processed in accordance with the purposes specified in clause 11.1.
12. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
12.1. At the time the Customer creates an Account on the Platform, they have the opportunity to express consent to receiving Commercial Communications under the website’s terms and conditions.
12.2. The Buyer/User may withdraw the consent given to the Seller to receive Commercial Communications at any time by deleting their Account or contacting the Seller.
12.3. Refusal to receive Commercial Communications does not automatically mean withdrawal of the consent given to conclude this Contract.
12.4. After Goods or Services have been added to the following Account section:
12.4.1. “My Cart”, the Seller will notify the Buyer/User regarding:
• changes in the price of Goods or Services in the “My Cart” section;
• recommendations for Goods similar to those added to the “My Cart” section;
• the availability of Goods in the “My Cart” section.
12.4.2. “Favourites”, the Seller will notify the Buyer/User regarding:
• changes in the price of Goods or Services added to the “Favourites” section;
• recommendations for Goods or Services similar to those added to the “Favourites” section;
• availability of Goods.
12.5. After the purchase of a Good or Service, Grand Stil 94 EOOD
may send the Buyer/User Commercial Communications concerning:
• offers of Goods or Services recommended for use together with the purchased Good or Service.
12.6. The Customer/User may unsubscribe from receiving Commercial Communications at any time in accordance with clause 12.2 above by deleting their profile or sending a message to Grand Stil 94 EOOD
.
12.7. In addition, we may use your data for market and consumer research.
13. INVOICING — PAYMENT
13.1. The prices of the Goods stated on the Platform are final and include VAT and all other taxes and charges provided for by applicable Bulgarian law.
13.2. The price, payment method, and payment deadline for invoices are stated in each Order.
13.3. If more than one address is saved in the User’s Account, delivery will be sent to the address designated as the primary address.
13.4. The Buyer is obliged to provide all information necessary for issuing an invoice in accordance with applicable Bulgarian law.
13.5. The Seller will issue the Buyer an invoice for the ordered and delivered Products on the basis of the information provided by the Buyer.
13.6. Grand Stil 94 EOOD
issues an invoice for every payment under an Order through which the Buyer has purchased a Product offered on the Platform by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
. The Buyer agrees to receive such an invoice electronically by providing an email address. If these payment documents do not reach you, please notify us at [email protected].
13.7. For the proper preparation of the invoice for the relevant Order, the Customer/User is obliged to keep the data in their Account continuously updated. They are obliged to review the information stated in the relevant Order to ensure that it is complete, correct, and accurate.
14. DELIVERY OF GOODS
14.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered and purchased Products itself, through a courier company, or by its own transport to the address specified by the Buyer or to a courier company office, depending on the Buyer’s choice.
14.2. The Seller will ensure appropriate packaging of the Products and dispatch of accompanying documents. If, by chance, the shipment does not contain a document required for the ordered product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do everything possible to provide it to you as quickly as possible.
14.3. The delivery terms for products offered by Grand Stil 94 EOOD
are available on the Platform’s “Delivery and Payment” information page.
15. WARRANTIES
15.1. The Seller offers all Goods on the Platform with a guarantee that the Goods conform to the Contract, in accordance with applicable law. Certain categories of Goods are excluded because, due to their nature, they cannot be subject to a warranty.
15.2. For claims and complaints relating to a purchased Good and/or Service, Buyers should contact Grand Stil 94 EOOD
using the contact details stated in these Terms and Conditions. Each Buyer may also make a complaint by completing the standard form facilitating the exercise of the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act and sending it by email. The form may be copied from below:

16. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP Ownership of the Goods shall be transferred by the Seller upon their delivery to the Buyer, after payment has been made by the Buyer. Delivery of the Goods shall be evidenced by the Buyer’s signature on the transport document provided by the courier.
17. LIABILITY The Seller shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the Buyer as a result of force majeure circumstances or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

19. USE OF COOKIES. Please review the cookie-use policy.
20. FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES
21.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations where such failure is due to a force majeure circumstance. A force majeure circumstance is an unforeseeable event beyond the parties’ control that cannot be avoided.
22.2. If the relevant event does not cease within 14 (fourteen) days of its date, either party has the right to notify the other party that it is terminating the Contract without owing the other party compensation for any damage it may have suffered.
23. APPLICABLE LAW — JURISDICTION This Contract is governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes arising between Grand Stil 94 EOOD
and Customers shall be resolved by mutual agreement or, if this is impossible, by the competent Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to consumers’ rights within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, in accordance with Article 18 of Regulation 1215/2012.
