STORAGE

The data we collect about you will be stored and processed in Bulgaria on highly secure servers.

We have implemented numerous technical and organisational measures that are appropriate and necessary to protect your Personal Data.

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period for your Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of your Personal Data; the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure; the purposes for which we process it; whether we can achieve those purposes by other means; and applicable legal requirements.

Please note that, despite the measures we take to protect your data, transferring data over the Internet or other open networks is never fully secure and there is a risk that your Personal Data may become accessible to unauthorised third parties. If you have questions about the collection, processing, and storage of your Personal Data, please contact us.

YOUR RIGHTS Under certain circumstances, you have rights under applicable Personal Data protection laws in relation to your Personal Data. These rights are:

- The right to request access to your Personal Data (commonly called a data-subject access request). This enables you to receive a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you and to verify that it is being processed lawfully.

- The right to request correction of the Personal Data we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected. However, we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.

- The right to request restriction of the processing of your Personal Data. This enables you to contact us requesting that we cease processing your Personal Data in the following circumstances:

(a) if you want us to establish the accuracy of the data;

(b) where you consider our use of the data unlawful;

(c) where you require us to retain the data even if we no longer need it because you need it to establish, exercise, or prove your claims;

(d) where you have objected to the use of your data, but we need to verify whether we have lawful grounds to use it.

- The right to request erasure of your Personal Data. This right enables you to contact us requesting the deletion or removal of your Personal Data where you no longer wish us to continue processing it. In addition, you have the right to request that we delete or remove your Personal Data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where you suspect that we may have processed your information other than in accordance with legal requirements, or where we are required to delete your Personal Data in order to comply with legal requirements. Please note that, for certain purposes, we may be legally required to retain your Personal Data.

- The right to object to the processing of your Personal Data where it is based on a legitimate interest (or that of a third party) and there is something about your particular circumstances that makes you wish to object to processing on that ground, as you consider that the processing infringes your fundamental rights and freedoms. You have the right to object where we process your Personal Data for direct-marketing purposes. In certain cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process information about you that override your right to object.

- The right to request the transfer of your Personal Data to you or to a third party. We will provide you, or a third party you have selected, with your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Please note that this right applies only to automated information for which you initially gave consent for us to use, or which we used to conclude a contract with you.

- You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out on the basis of your previously given consent.

Ordinarily, no fee is required: You are not required to pay a fee to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of your other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. We may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

Response period: We will make every effort to respond to any legitimate request within one month of its submission. It may take us more than one month if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you informed. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with the Commission for Personal Data Protection. Before lodging a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection, we would like to understand the grounds of your complaint and claims and do everything possible to resolve them.
